Hotel Accommodation:

If you have booked one of the Symposium packages, accommodation is included at the hotel where the event is taking place.

Check in is from 3pm and check out by 12pm.
Networking: The Networking Evening will include food & drink and will take place in the Concorde Atrium at the Hilton London Heathrow Airport from 7.00pm–9.00pm on 23 June.
ACDM Event App:

You will receive a “magic link” to invite you to participate in the event app. Please do the following:

  • Access the app
  • Set up your user profile, bio and add a photo
  • You can then use the app, view the programme and make connections
Programme: Please visit the AI Symposium webpage to view the timings and up-to-date programme.
Training Sessions: For those attending the training session “Agentic AI for Clinical Data Managers: Moving Beyond Prompts to Structured AI Support”, please bring a laptop. If you are attending the training session “To be or not to be, that is the question”, there are no requirements; however, participants may wish to bring a notepad for taking notes.
