The Liverpool Clinical Trials Centre have secured a number of research awards and have several opportunities available for motivated and enthusiastic Trial Managers to join our growing team. These new opportunities have arisen in our portfolio of paediatric, global health, cancer and maternal health clinical trials, amongst others, and involve CTIMP and other interventions.

Salary: £29,177 – £33,797 pa (pro rata)
As a trial manager in LCTC you will be responsible for the day-to day management of the trials in accordance with trial protocols and procedures developed according to the relevant ethical, regulatory and governance frameworks and the principles of Good Clinical Practice. You will be responsible for all aspects of trial coordination to ensure that the study is conducted to the highest scientific and regulatory standards, to time and within budget.
You should have a Degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) and will be accountable to the Director of the LCTC and will work under the supervision of the Senior or Supervising Trials Manager, who will provide overall trial management and mentorship. Professional development will be supported and appropriate training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available and working remotely and long distance will be facilitated with travel to Liverpool office bases as required. Appointments will be at least one year tenure in the first instance. Office bases for these posts are at the University of Liverpool Campus or Alder Hey Institute in the Park.
