Outline Course Content

Medical research data holds the key to solving our greatest healthcare challenges. It is therefore one of the world’s most valuable assets. Why then, is research data rarely standardized, exchanged, or reused? Making the most of this precious data is key to reducing research waste. Dr. Derk Arts will discuss how machine-readable data, FAIR, FHIR, and other advances are maximizing the impact of medical research data and paving the way for the extensive distribution of datasets.

This session is an interactive discussion, there will be a few slides presented by the lead and then after that the call relies on input and discussion from those attending, so please come along with your questions and points to share with other
