| Hotel Accommodation: | If you have booked one of the Symposium packages, accommodation is included at the hotel where the event is taking place. Check in is from 3pm and Check out by 12pm. |
| Networking: | The Networking Evening (for those who have booked packages) will include food & drink and will take place in the RISE Restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn from 7.30–9.30pm on the 23rd June. |

| Training Sessions: | For those attending Training 1 “Crafting Impactful Prompts and Exploring Responsible AI use” please bring a laptop of tablet. If you are attending Training 2 “Neural Networks – Opening the Black Box,” there are no requirements for this training session; however, participants may wish to bring a notepad for taking notes. |
