The APAC Committee aims to strengthen the ACDM data management community in the APAC region. Key goals include promoting collaboration, knowledge exchange and providing opportunities for volunteering to influence the future of CDM.

Expectations of APAC Committee Member

Committee members will join hands to effectively contribute to the growth and development of the ACDM community in the APAC region. They will be expected to engage consistently in various activities such as involving industry experts in the ‘Hot Topic’ series for knowledge sharing, promoting available training resources, supporting membership growth and more. Additionally, they will act as ambassadors to increase APAC representation within ACDM DMEGs.

Dr. Santosh Karthikeyan Viswanathan is a distinguished Data and AI Leader. He has successfully led large-scale data teams, established capability hubs and developed AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, improve product quality and reduce costs. Dr. Karthikeyan has led data science projects focused on predicting adverse drug reactions in Life Sciences and has managed teams in the digital and analytics practice. He likes to contribute to a brighter, more compassionate world and to guide organizations in unlocking the power of data, AI and technology for the betterment of healthcare and beyond.

As an elected member of the ACDM Board of Directors, Yuva brings a wealth of expertise in end-to-end data solutions, advancing the clinical data management community and reducing cycle times through AI integration.

With a deep understanding of SDTM and industry data standards, Yuva excels at architecting robust data strategies and accelerating study lifecycles. His proven track record includes leading cross-functional teams, driving technological excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation. Notably, Yuva has spearheaded initiatives in AI/ML, particularly in NLP, RPA, and VAE applied Generative AI, demonstrating his commitment to cutting-edge solutions.

Prior to joining the ACDM Board, Yuva held leadership positions at eClinical Solutions, GSK, and Covance, where he consistently delivered exceptional results in data management, vendor oversight, and strategic business planning. His experience includes overseeing global projects, driving financial efficiency, and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships.

Yuva is passionate about fostering collaboration and driving transformative growth within the clinical data management community. A key aspect of his vision is to support the strategic expansion of ACDM within the APAC region, facilitating the onboarding of new corporate members and significantly growing the membership community.
