Santosh Karthikeyan is a Certified Data Management Professional working as Technical Director in a leading Biopharmaceutical Company. He is involved in providing strategic, technical and operational leadership for Data and Analytics platform in R&D. He has led data science project on predicting adverse drug reactions in Life Sciences and managed teams in digital and analytics practice. He completed his Ph.D. in Management Studies from St. Peter’s Institute of Higher Education and Research. He holds Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration and Psychology. He has also completed Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Data Management. His research papers are published in various National and International journals. He has also participated in National and International conferences. His areas of specialization are Data Analytics, Data Science and AI, Cloud Computing, Change Management and Psychology. He is an active member of ACDM and Data Science Expert Group

As an elected member of the ACDM Board of Directors, Yuva brings a wealth of expertise in end-to-end data solutions, advancing the clinical data management community and reducing cycle times through AI integration.

With a deep understanding of SDTM and industry data standards, Yuva excels at architecting robust data strategies and accelerating study lifecycles. His proven track record includes leading cross-functional teams, driving technological excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation. Notably, Yuva has spearheaded initiatives in AI/ML, particularly in NLP, RPA, and VAE applied Generative AI, demonstrating his commitment to cutting-edge solutions.

Prior to joining the ACDM Board, Yuva held leadership positions at eClinical Solutions, GSK, and Covance, where he consistently delivered exceptional results in data management, vendor oversight, and strategic business planning. His experience includes overseeing global projects, driving financial efficiency, and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships.
