This new Summit will bring together leading voices in clinical data management from across India, under the theme Advancing Clinical Trials through CDM Excellence. Designed to reflect both international best practice and regional perspectives, the summit will offer a platform for meaningful discussion, knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Dr. Santosh Karthikeyan Viswanathan is a distinguished Data and AI Leader. He has successfully led large-scale data teams, established capability hubs and developed AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, improve product quality and reduce costs. Dr. Karthikeyan has led data science projects focused on predicting adverse drug reactions in Life Sciences and has managed teams in the digital and analytics practice. He likes to contribute to a brighter, more compassionate world and to guide organizations in unlocking the power of data, AI and technology for the betterment of healthcare and beyond.

Elizabeth Samuel

Bio

Elizabeth is a highly committed and passionate leader that is focused on building teams that are motivated and engaged on brainstorming creative solutions to today’s challenges. Elizabeth builds inter-departmental alliances through synergies derived from co-operation and collaboration. Elizabeth is well seasoned in building teams from inception to business as usual and has managed teams regionally and globally.

At GSK, Elizabeth heads the Data Acquisition group within Data Strategy and Management and also holds the roles RnD Site lead for GCC and is also part of the GCC LT.

A graduate of Computer Science Engineering, Elizabeth has over 23 years of industry experience in the field data acquisition. Prior to joining GSK, Elizabeth worked with IQVIA and Labcorp, leading multi-functional global teams including US, UK, South Africa, Japan and China.

Elizabeth firmly believes in the potential of employees and believes that everything is possible with time and the right steer and coupled with the current possibilities of AI/ML, believes the world is our oyster

Yuva is a strategic clinical data and product executive with 18+ years of dedicated experience driving innovation and growth within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. As an elected member of the ACDM Board of Directors, Yuva brings a wealth of expertise in end-to-end data solutions, advancing the clinical data management community and reducing cycle times through AI integration.

Yuva is passionate about fostering collaboration and driving transformative growth within the clinical data management community. A key aspect of his vision is to support the strategic expansion of ACDM within the APAC region, facilitating the onboarding of new corporate members and significantly growing the membership community. Furthermore, the APAC committee is committed to bringing industry experts from the APAC region to the forefront, bridging the gap and fostering knowledge exchange with the global audience. Ranjeetha B Noorithaya

Ranjeetha is an accomplished Clinical Data Management leader with over 20 years of experience across global pharmaceutical and CRO organizations, spanning Phase I-IV clinical development. Currently serving as Associate Director, Data Management Leader at Johnson & Johnson, she leads data strategy, operational excellence, organizational capability building, and the delivery of complex global clinical programs. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, driven transformational initiatives, strengthened inspection readiness and compliance frameworks, and championed innovative approaches to clinical data management.

Ranjeetha is passionate about advancing clinical data science by strengthening data review, analytics, and data interpretation practices that unlock the full value of clinical data. She is committed to bridging science, technology, and human insight to drive innovation, accelerate evidence-based decisions, and improve patient outcomes globally. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, continuous improvement, and a commitment to empowering teams to innovate and thrive.

As a member of the ACDM Steering Committee, Ranjeetha brings a bold vision for the future of Clinical Data Management, championing innovation, advancing clinical data science, and strengthening the use of data-driven insights leveraging technology to accelerate therapeutic development and improve patient outcomes worldwide.
Outside of her professional role, Ranjeetha is a mother of two boys, mindset coach, energy healer, spiritual seeker, traveler, and organic farming enthusiast, bringing a holistic and people-centered approach to leadership.

Jeeva Kasthuri

Jeeva Kasthuri is an accomplished clinical research and biometrics professional with extensive expertise in Biostatistics, Clinical Data Management, statistical programming, CDISC standards, dashboard analytics, and healthcare technology solutions.

With a strong academic foundation in Statistics and extensive industry experience across globally recognized organizations including SAS, St. John’s Research Institute, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and ICON plc, Jeeva has successfully led strategic initiatives in clinical data sciences, advanced analytics, regulatory-compliant data systems, and operational biometrics.

At VHypotenuse, he leads Biometrics and Clinical Data Sciences initiatives, supporting sponsors and research organizations with high-quality statistical programming, data management, visualization, and evidence-based decision-making frameworks. His expertise spans clinical reporting, CDISC conversion, regulatory submissions, clinical dashboards, and integrated analytics platforms for multinational studies.
