Newsletter Committee: Meet Federica

The ACDM is delighted to welcome Federica Migliore of IQVIA to the Newsletter Committee.

Federica shares the following introduction:

I started working in Clinical Data Management in 2019 as a Data Manager, focusing on the operational aspects of the role. Since 2022, I have been working at IQVIA as a Data Team Lead, where I lead a team of Data Managers, liaise with sponsors, and ensure that project timelines are met.

I am excited to join the ACDM community because I strongly believe in the importance of raising awareness about our profession, not only among industry professionals, but also to those outside the field. From personal experience, after graduating in Biology, I had no idea this career path even existed and assumed I would have to work in research or laboratory analysis. I believe it is vital to shine a light on this career path for future professionals and to spread awareness of the importance of our work.
