All summit sessions will take place in the 2N-008 London & 2N-009 Philladelphia rooms at GSK.

The Networking Event is open to all registered attendees and is taking place immediately after the close. “High Tea” will be provided.

Logistics and Onsite Information

Visitor Access to GSK	Only use Bagmane Gate 1 for visitor entry. Have Government approved ID to show security.
Maps/Directions	The address above is for information only. Use the Google Maps link for navigation HERE Look for the landmark: Vishnu Palace (Sri Vishnu Palace is located very close to the entrance of Bagmane Constellation Business Park, Doddanekkundi, and can be used as a landmark when navigating to Gate 1).
Registration on Arrival	It is vital to come to the registration desk and collect your name badge. Please ensure you wear your name badge at all times.

Dietary/Access Needs	Please carefully review your dietary and accessibility requirements made when booking. If anything needs updating or you have not submitted any requirements, you must email admin@acdmglobal.org. If you have any allergies or intolerances, you must inform us up to one week before the event. Important: Only delegates who have notified us of dietary requirements in advance will be catered for. We cannot guarantee that any dietary requirements for late registration

Prepare Your Participation

Event App

Swapcard to your mobile device to use during the event and start selecting your sessions.

Using the app allows you to create your own event schedule, view the most up to date programme, select Sunday Workshop sessions, select Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Sponsored Symposiums, view the floor plan and make networking contacts with other attendees.

Note: Networking cannot be booked through the app.

Parking/Drop Off
Parking
Parking facilities are available for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers inside Luxor Building. The security team will assist you with directions to the GSK B1 parking area upon arrival.
Auto-Rickshaw / Drop-Off
Auto-rickshaws are not permitted inside the Bagmane business park. Therefore, if you are travelling by auto-rickshaw, please plan your drop-off at Gate 1 and be prepared for an approximately 3 km walk to Luxor building, where the GSK office is situated.
