Compensation: Fixed + variable (depending on experience)

Qlarix is revolutionizing clinical trial oversight with a regulated SaaS platform designed for how studies are actually run today: complex ecosystems, outsourced delivery, and high regulatory expectations. We bring a risk-based model that improves oversight effectiveness, execution speed, and alignment across teams.

We are hiring a senior commercial leader to build revenue from the ground up: define the plan, create a predictable pipeline, and close enterprise deals.

You will own the commercial function end-to-end and turn WiseCLIN® SaaS platform to a recurring revenue business across Bio/Pharma, CROs, and Academic environments.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Revenue plan & pricing

• Build and lead the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) plan (segments, Customer Profile, territories, quarterly targets).
• Define/adjust pricing and packaging, commercial terms, and forecasting.

Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
• Implement a CRM and a weekly/monthly reporting rhythm.
• Build a clear funnel with measurable definitions (MQL/SQL), pipeline coverage, conversion, cycle time, CAC, win rate.

Positioning & sales enablement
• Create the commercial toolkit: pitch deck, one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculator, objection handling, and competitor positioning.
• Build tailored pitches for Quality, Clinical Ops, Data Management, and executives.

Go-to-market execution
• Run outbound and partner-led campaigns, webinars, pilots, and structured proof-of-value programs.
• Negotiate and close enterprise contracts (legal/procurement involved).
• Build CRO framework agreements and channel partnerships in selected regions.

Visibility & credibility
• Lead presence at key conferences and industry events.
• Drive credible content (LinkedIn + sector channels) for regulated audiences.

Team build
• Hire and coach Sales Executive/Commercial Specialists (timing driven by pipeline and growth).
• Build a high-ownership, metric-driven commercial culture.

**MUST-HAVES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**

• Based in the Basque Country (Euskadi) or willing to relocate.
• Senior profile required: 10+ years in B2B commercial roles (Sales/BD), with a strong track record selling B2B SaaS into pharma/biotech/CRO/clinical research and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Comfortable selling into regulated environments (GxP mindset, quality systems, validation/inspection expectations).
• Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals and negotiate contracts.
• Builder profile: you can define the strategy and execute hands-on.
• Native Spanish and very high/professional English level (spoken and written) – You must be fully comfortable pitching, negotiating, and drafting commercial documentation in English.
