I am an experienced leader in Clinical Data Management with over 15 years in biotech/pharma and CRO organizations. My career has been built on driving data excellence in international clinical trials, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative strategies that improve trial efficiency and data quality.
Currently, Clinical Data Management Lead at ITM, I focus on integrating advanced analytics, strengthening data governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration across clinical, medical, and regulatory teams. I am passionate about developing talent, mentoring future leaders, and promoting awareness of our profession, helping to inspire the next generation of clinical research professionals.
