Top Tip: Don’t forget to consult the Lab Manual and the Scope of Work.
Description:
The Lab Manual will detail all analytes, the test codes and the timepoints expected.
The SOW will contain detail relating to the tests to be performed and the amount of data transfers expected.
Become familiar with these documents and refer to them whilst setting up the data reconciliation process, as well as during the reconciliation.
Understanding the data can lead to early identification of issues such as missing analytes, incorrect test codes, formatting errors, which sometimes are only picked up by Biostatistics later in the project lifecycle.
