Outline content

While the industry is embracing the ‘Design Once, Reuse Everywhere’ philosophy for data standards, the operational reality for Clinical Data Managers (CDM) remains fragmented. While CDM spend their days ‘Monitoring Everywhere’ across siloed systems and actioning manually, we believe it’s time to introduce a paradigm shift: ‘Monitor Once, Action Everywhere.’ By leveraging a unified data layer that integrates EDC, RTSM, and CTMS, we can move toward a future where a single automated risk detection triggers coordinated responses across the entire study ecosystem.

We will discuss how this unified data layer combined with connected AI agents – capable of both surfacing prioritized recommendations and actioning human-approved tasks, while providing transparency and traceability – can turn passive data into a proactive, multi-platform intervention strategy.
