If you have booked one of the Symposium packages, accommodation is included at the hotel where the event is taking place. Check in: 2pm / Check out 11am

Onsite car parking is available at the hotel with over 305 spaces on a first come first served basis. Parking costs are available at €8.00 per car per day and €12.50 overnight.

The Networking Evening will include food & drink and will take place at the hotel in the Green Room (all attendees are welcome). 7.00pm–10.00pm on 9th November.
