  • 4th Annual ACDM Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Clinical Trials: 23rd & 24th June 2025 in Frankfurt
  • 3rd Annual ACDM Symposium on Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM): 10th & 11th November 2025 in Amsterdam

Why Submit an Abstract?

Presenting at the ACDM Symposia offers a valuable opportunity to showcase your expertise and insights. Whether you’re contributing groundbreaking research, sharing best practices, or offering innovative perspectives on emerging trends, your abstract submission will be a key part of advancing the conversation within the field.

We welcome abstracts that present new developments, evidence-based strategies, or lessons learned from real-world experience.

Submission Guidelines:

  • All abstracts must be submitted online via the links below.
  • Abstracts should provide clear, actionable insights and contribute to the ongoing development of AI or RBQM practices within clinical trials.
  • Abstracts that are purely commercial in nature, or that focus on a single vendor or product, will not be accepted. The Steering Group reserves the right to reject any submissions that do not meet these criteria.
