Outline content

Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) is not a single-function responsibility but a team sport requiring strong cross-functional alignment. This session explores how teams across Data Management, Clinical Operations, Project Management, Biostatistics, Medical Monitoring, and Central Monitoring collaborate to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the study lifecycle.

We will also highlight recent RBQM adoption trends, regulatory drivers, and case studies, with a focus on the evolving roles of Data Management and Central Monitoring. Ensuring timely, reliable data flow to help study teams manage risks and maintain data quality will be emphasized, offering practical insights for global ACDM members.
